White flame‑retardant recycled ABS pellets
ABS Plastic
ABS plastic combines excellent rigidity, hardness and impact toughness. It boasts good mechanical strength and impact‑energy‑absorbing capability, and is not prone to brittle fracture even at low temperatures. It also has favorable heat resistance and low‑temperature resistance. Molded articles feature high surface gloss, easy colorability, suitability for secondary processing such as electroplating and spraying, and good electrical insulation. However, ABS exhibits poor weather resistance; it ages and discolors under prolonged ultraviolet exposure. Its solvent resistance is limited, and stress cracking may occur when exposed to certain chemicals such as ketones and esters.
Main Applications
Automotive Industry: Widely used for automotive instrument panels, door panels, interior trims, radiator grilles, rear‑view mirror housings and various decorative parts.
Electrical and Electronic Products: Commonly applied for housings of home appliances including televisions, washing machines, air‑conditioners and vacuum cleaners, as well as casings and internal components for office equipment such as monitors, printers and copiers.
Consumer and Daily‑use Articles: Manufactured into luggage shells, toys (e.g. building blocks), helmets, food containers and cosmetic packaging bottles.
Pipes and Fittings: Used for building drainage and sewage systems as well as indoor ventilation ducts.
Other Industrial Fields: In the machinery industry, ABS is used for transmission parts such as gears, bearings and pump impellers. In the medical field, it is adopted for medical‑device housings and components.
Impact strength: 8‑18 kJ/m² Please specify other requirements: environmental compliance, gloss level, surface pitting and other physical‑property parameters.
MOQ: 1 ton upon successful sample testing. After‑sales: return and replacement for quality‑related defects.
